As a nonprofit, we partner with purpose-driven organizations to do mission-aligned work, furthering the outcomes of our partners and improving the lives of the learners we serve. These strategic initiatives are focused on expanding the impact of coaching on specific populations to help them reach their targeted goals and actualize their purpose.
Reconnect to Complete
As the number of learners with some college but no credential has surpassed 40 million, InsideTrack has been working with states, institutions and funders to find innovative solutions to help bring adult learners back to college to complete their credential or degree — ultimately fueling social and economic opportunities. We are currently working on re-enrollment initiatives with California, North Carolina and UNCF’s network of HBCUs.
HBCU Student Success
HBCUs and PBIs have long fueled Black student excellence and developed support models that uplift all learners. InsideTrack partners with over 40 of these storied institutions to advance student success through the power of coaching. By sharing network-level practices, uncovering insights and centering on long-term transformation, we’re working together to unlock stronger, more sustainable student support for generations to come.
