The InsideTrack Coaching Certification program helps student support professionals master the skills to effectively coach learners. Coaching Developer Certification equips certified coaches to assess and give feedback on coach/learner interactions against the InsideTrack coaching rubric, playing a pivotal role in sustaining a high-impact coaching program. Through group training, shadowing, observation and debriefs, developers help colleagues understand their strengths and opportunities in order to increase the effectiveness and quality of coaching delivery.
