Hear how HBCU leaders transform student support via full-scale coaching programs
Last month, our first in a series of two HBCU-centered webinars, HBCUs Unlock the Power of Coaching: Accelerating Student Belonging and Success, brought together leaders from the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and Partnership for Education Advancement to discuss the benefits of coaching on student success and belonging at HBCUs. You can read more about this webinar and download the video here.
Just this week, we held part two of this webinar series, Coaching in Action at HBCUs: Institution leaders share program insights and takeaways. Our own Angela Jaramillo, Strategic Partnership Director at InsideTrack, dove deeper into our transformational partnership with UNCF and sat down with leaders from four HBCUs to hear firsthand stories on the impact of coaching-powered student support and success at their institutions.
Over the course of this impactful power hour, HBCU panelists addressed a wide range of questions, including:
- What is it about coaching that you see working for your students and your staff?
- What does it mean to you and your staff to have the support of re-enrollment and retention coaching?
- What student outcomes and insights have you been able to glean as a result of coaching?
- How have the insights, trends and escalations from coaching informed decisions for your campus overall?
- How has coaching supported the HBCU culture and sense of belonging for your students?
- What advice would you give fellow HBCU leaders who might be looking for ways to improve their student support?
It was an action-packed hour of insights, conversation and thought-provoking questions. If you missed it, don’t worry! The full recording is now available, and you can view an on-demand version below.
