Prospective students were supported to explore their educational goals and learn about the opportunities to make tangible connections with other students and institution resources. Coaches collaborated with prospective students to determine their next steps in the enrollment process — from financial aid to registration — while creating a strength-based plan for overcoming obstacles they may face in enrollment and in their journey as a student.
