The University of Texas Institute for Transformational Learning (UTITL) has partnered with InsideTrack, a leading student success organization, in an effort to improve student outcomes, boost enrollments and enhance career readiness across The University of Texas System’s many online programs.
The five-year master service agreement allows for University of Texas institutions to benefit from the various coaching, consulting, analytical and technological services provided by InsideTrack. For example, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) is working with UTITL and InsideTrack to provide coaching to current students, conduct non-cognitive assessments of newly enrolled students and re-enroll students who have taken time off from their academic program.
The partnership between UTRGV, UTITL, and InsideTrack is currently focused on benchmarking and driving persistence and completion for the institution’s new online Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science program. This work is critical to the program’s launch this fall and its future success. The organizations are also exploring the expansion of work to other programs.
“The Institute for Transformational Learning is playing a major leadership role in enhancing student success and the student experience across the University of Texas System,” says Chris Tilghman, vice president of program development at InsideTrack. “Partnering with them and innovative campuses such as Rio Grande Valley is an exciting way to apply the insights we’ve gained on student and institutional success over the last 15 years.”
Since 2001, InsideTrack has worked with nearly every type of student and institution, from high schools thorough doctoral programs. In cooperation with their partner institutions, InsideTrack designs and operates student support programs that increase enrollment, graduation rates, non-cognitive development, career readiness, institutional effectiveness, and overall satisfaction with the student experience.
