Top national research university working with InsideTrack to expand support for online students and grow enrollment
HOUSTON, TEX. (FEBRUARY 26, 2019) — Rice University, a private research institution consistently ranked as one of the top 20 universities in the United States, today announced a partnership with InsideTrack, a national leader in student success solutions, to support continued growth in the university’s online programs and expand its capabilities to support prospective and enrolled online students.
The four year partnership enables Rice to immediately provide personalized enrollment support for all prospective students exploring its new fully online Masters of Computer Science program, leveraging InsideTrack’s seasoned team of professional coaches and proven methodology. InsideTrack coaches will also provide ongoing executive coaching for those who enroll in the program.
In parallel, the university will work with InsideTrack’s consultants and trainers to build out its own coaching capabilities, including staff hiring and training, manager development and quality assurance. The university will also work with InsideTrack partner Kiosk, a leading full-service marketing agency to accelerate awareness and lead generation for the program.
Through a blend of structured and on-demand communications via voice, email, text messaging and mobile apps, the coaches will support prospective students in defining their long term goals, selecting the best fit programs, navigating the enrollment process, and preparing for a strong start. Once enrolled, coaches will continue to work with students to make the most of their educational experience, develop their professional networks and build the skills required for career success.
Concurrently, program managers and senior administrators will leverage the insights gained through coaching to enhance the overall student experience and the university’s competitive differentiation.
